RECREATIONAL  PROPERTY  DEVELOPMENT

ERS provides professional habitat analysis, restoration design and construction services to meet a variety of client needs. Our professional and certified biologists and engineers have completed numerous aquatic and terrestrial habitat projects throughout the Rocky Mountain and Great Plains regions. Each project involves an existing (or baseline) site analysis. This initial assessment allows our biologists to evaluate existing habitat; determine habitat improvement needs, potential and limiting factors; and formulate a site-specific habitat restoration and management plan.

By applying our fishery and wildlife management and habitat enhancement services, we have the ability to develop a recreational property to its full potential. We integrate these services with others to allow landowners and their guests to gain the maximum enjoyment of their property. By implementing fishery and wildlife plans and habitat development designs, the property is afforded an ability to support a healthy, viable wildlife community. We do not stop there, however. We also assist landowners with design and construction of ATV trails and bridges, placement of hunting blinds and stands, creation of shooting lanes, and formulation of long term habitat maintenance plans.
